I am looking for a replacement cover for locking pin that secures a trailer hitch. It usually has a ring attached to a cap.

I can certainly understand just wanting to replace one part of your trailer hitch receiver lock, but those locks do not have replacement parts, so you are going to have to replace the entire lock. The correct one is going to depend on the size of your hitch.
