Will sumo springs work on my truck

I do have a good option for you as far as upgrading your suspension on your 2014 F-150 but SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle part # SSR-117-47 are not going to be the way to go in your situation. They are just not tall enough to do you any good. They will fit on there but will have no effect.
Instead use the the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2542 and the Lift Spacers for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Vehicles w/ 6" Lift # F2375 this combo will give you the desired effect and keep your truck nice and level while towing and take a lot of wear and tear off of your rear suspension system prolonging its life.
Keep in mind these do not raise your towing capacities they are just to level the truck and absorb wear and tear. So don't exceed what your truck is rated for from the factory. I've included links and videos below so they will be easy to find.
