Would recommend this product! As far as install goes, super easy and good directions. Makes the ride without a load a bit more harsh. But it’s a truck, not a Lincoln. I put them on my 2024 f150 XLT 2WD model
Installed a set on my new F150 King Ranch. We have a travel trailer ordered. I've been rv'ing for over 40 years and have always had some sort of helper springs on my trucks, everything from air bags to Timbrens to Sumosprings. The Sumo's have always been my favorite. I had them on my las 2 F350's. They require no maintenance and set them to work when loaded. I don't know yet how they will work with our new travel as this will be a first for us after a number of fifth wheels. I allowed about an inch clearance above my axle and did a test drive, empty. I could not tell any difference in the ride but did go over a speed bump at 20 mph. I could feel them hit the axle but only once so not a big deal. I'm hoping they help with our travel trailer as they have with our past trucks and fifth wheels.

Just as advertised
These were easy to install. Took about an hour. I didn’t do anything, just crawled under the truck and removed the bump stops and replaced them with the sumo springs following the directions. So far, so good. Less body roll and more controlled feeling while driving. I haven’t towed with them yet, but they’ll perform well. I had a set on my 2015 Ram 2500 for 10 years and they were awesome with a big boat and fifth wheel camper.
Just installed a few days ago on a new truck. Did not try to load the truck before I installed them but when I did load it they appear to doing what they should. They are touching the axle and I can't tell much difference in the ride.

Here’s my true thoughts of the blue sumo spring. Here’s the pro’s for me! Shipped and received the very next day, I got rid of the air bags that never held air. The sumo install was extremely quick. Hooked up to my food trailer and truck only went down about an inch and a quarter, much better than before! Sits about 1” off the axle so I still get a good ride, and loaded with a trailer… it still actually rode good. I’m tickled with them. Now.. the con and only con… I personally think $[XX] for two pieces of urethane and four brackets and two bolts is a horrible rip off!!! But…. LOL.. I’d buy them again!

I ultimately traded my truck off for a Ram 2500. As far as my sumo springs that were on my f-150?… Tgey do what they are designed forBUT… with a load, when ya hit a dip or hole, they bottom out and it feels like it’s breaking your back. The truth is, if you need any type of helper springs… you need a bigger truck.
