Question:
Im going to replace the Talon V-5 receiver on my 2003 2500 HD Silverado with a Curt 15521 receiver. The 7 pin trailer plug is part of the receiver. What bracket do I need to order for the refit?

I actually recommend that you use the Hopkins connector, # HM40975, because it comes with a 7-Way and a 4-Way and also comes with a bracket. The connection at the back is made to fit the factory harness on a 2003 Chevy Silverado that came with a factory 7-Way. I have included a link to a video that shows a typical installation for you.
If you want to go with a regular 7-Way use # PK11893 and bracket # PK12711U.
