Question:

I notice in your web site that this trailer hitch curt C-11405 fit on 2018 mustang,But when I do some research in amazon and even in Curt hitch manufacturer says not fit.I just want to make sure it works to save time and shipping cost before I order.I know you guys has a lot of experience/idea to help me about this matter.Thanks and appreciate it.

Here is how we know Curt trailer hitch # C11405 will fit the 2018 Ford Mustang EcoBoost:

The 2015 to 2018 Mustangs are all part of the same generation. Other hitches that fit the 2017 model year also fit the 2018 thus the Curt hitch will also fit. We have heard from customers that you may have to make some modifications to their exhaust by moving the clips of the sensor back in order to reattach everything with the Curt hitch installed.

But if it were me I would go with the Draw-Tite hitch # 24928 because it costs less and doesn't have extra requirements when using the hitch for a bike rack or cargo carrier like the Curt hitch does.

With the Curt hitch you have to use stabilization strap # 18050 when using the hitch with anything other than a trailer per the Curt warranty requirements. Draw-Tite doesn't have that restriction.
