The least visible trailer hitch for a 2020 Ford Mustang Fastback is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11405. I have attached a photo for you which allows you to see how concealed the trailer hitch is once installed. In comparison to the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 24928, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver has a round tube which tapered in towards the vehicle which is what makes it more concealed.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver is a custom fit so no drilling or cutting is required which makes for a very easy install taking most only around thirty minutes. Therefore, you will be able to install this hitch yourself at home in your driveway or garage with no special tools required. I have attached an install video for you as well on a similar model year.

If you will be using the trailer hitch for a bike rack, you are going to want an option that won't decrease ground clearance. Hey, is the hitch the lowest part of the rear end of the car? Or suspension/mufflers are lower?

@Wilson No the tires would be the lowest part haha KIDDING! Yes, the hitch would sit lower than the mufflers and it does become the lowest part of the rear of the car. Ground clearance should be about 7"-8" from the ground to the bottom of the hitch which is pretty low compared to most other hitches.
