On Optronics GloLight M5 Two Wire Light Does Polarity Matter

Does polarity matter on part#11212702B? The LED light works both ways when swapping the wires both wires are same color.

The GloLight M5 LED Clearance or Side Marker Light - Submersible - 6 Diodes - Clear Lens - Amber LEDs # 11212702B is hardwired and includes separate ground wire. I honestly don't know why they use the same color wires when their website gives the separate ground wire information but doesn't decipher them. Polarity is normally very important on an LED, so I'd be surprised if it works connected either way. LEDs use diodes so polarity being backwards would just mean they won't work.
