This GloLight M5 puts out a smooth, bright amber band of light through its clear lens. The 6-diode LED setup is far more efficient than old incandescent bulbs, drawing just 0.033 amps at 12.8 volts while delivering strong, even visibility. There are no filaments to break and no bulbs to replace—just steady light that lasts up to 50 times longer than standard incandescent designs.
You don’t have to worry about rain, spray, or full submersion taking this light out of action. The housing and lens are sonically sealed into one waterproof unit, keeping the electronics safe from moisture and corrosion. It’s ready for trailers that see water regularly, holding up even when completely submerged.
At 4" long and just 3/4" deep, this oval light mounts cleanly on flat surfaces without sticking out or getting in the way. It’s designed for surface mounting and only needs a 1" diameter hole for the wiring. The 2-wire pigtail with 0.18" male bullets makes hookup simple. Mounting holes are spaced 3-1/8" center to center, and hardware is not included so you can match it to your setup.
The P2 rating provides a focused 90-degree beam spread—45 degrees to either side of center—which makes it ideal as either a side marker or clearance light. That targeted pattern helps other drivers see your trailer from the right angles at night or in low-light conditions, boosting safety wherever you mount it.

Hello neighbor, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at our GloLight M5 LED clearance or side marker, submersible with six diodes, a nice clear lens in amber color. So folks, as you can see, I've got a light up here already, and it will obviously just come like this and then you just have to wire it up whenever you get it to your trailer. Very simple installation, and obviously it's gonna give you amber color. I will go ahead and shut off my overhead lights so we can get a better view of this in the dark. So as you can see, it gives off a nice glow, thus the GloLight name.
And I've got two images on the screen there, so just bear with me, you're looking at a closeup and a far away at the same time there. So this oval trailer light with smooth, bright outer band serves as, again, both the side marker or clearance light. It has been sonically sealed, so it is waterproof. I'm gonna go ahead and unplug it here. It is waterproof and it is submersible.
LEDs make it super bright, longer lasting, and more efficient. It's gonna last 50 times longer than your incandescent lights that are out there. There's no bulbs to replace, again, it's been sonically sealed, it's all waterproof, even the nice plugs here are very simple. You just simply plug 'em in. They are what's considered male bullet plugs, specifically a 0.18.
Installation does require a 1" diameter hole for the wiring to go through. This is 4" long overall side to side, and the mounting hole center to center is 3 1/8". And again, it is six diodes inside. Now, as far as a quick height, it's about 3/4" tall. You could potentially get a chrome bezel if you want to have a chrome fascia around it.
That would be sold separately here on the website. It's a nice polycarbonate lens, so it's very durable. And again, you can mount it on either the surface of the trailer as a clearance or side marker. Well folks, I think that will wrap it up. Just a quick look today at our GloLight in amber color.
