Parts are fine. Used the website, ordered what it said I need and it’s the wrong one, the connectors are not correct to attach to the tail lights. Asked about a return and am told I have to pay for shipping. I am wanting to get the correct kit and would buy it from them, but I strongly disagree with paying for shipping to return a part their system said would work.
Installed the hitch and wiring on my 2025 Maverick XL eco boost. Was easy enough using Etrailers instructional video. I would def recommend if you bought your Mac without the hitch..use this one!

Taillight kit has been excellent. Nice clean installation on my vehicle that I was able to do myself.
Great for holding the trailer connector where you need it. Easy to install, especially with 2 zip ties.
The mounting bracket was easy to install. I am disappointed that it does not hold the 4 Pole Flat Connector very strong. When I attempt to attach the connector from the trailer to the connector held in the bracket, the connector will push out the back of the bracket.
Product was outstanding but the packing could be improved. When my shipment arrived, the UPS guy was apologizing as the container fell apart. All the staples did not keep the container intact. It would help to have strapping around the box. Hitch was good but had to touch up paint so not to rust.
The bracket is as described and properly fits the trailer plug as designed. I was disappointed that the item did not include any fasteners or mounting hardware such as wire ties. All you get is the single bracket.
Great value for a name brand. No fasteners included but pairs great with the no-drill long mount bracket 18136.
Tried another product from Amazon that failed twice. The quality of this unit is excellent and installation is simple with excellent instructions.
Worked as it should. Easy install but the plug fits pretty tight into this bracket (as it should).The black finish was really good and did not seem to be cheap. I would recommend this plug mount for the price.

It is still working great after a year, it has been a great investment.
Fits perfect, holds the wiring connector and looks great.
Excellent value for a great product! I love how it hides so well under the rear bumper/fascia. They include everything you need for a complete install. Fast shipping and great follow up. The website is so easy to navigate.
They continue to call me the wrong name, including putting a completely DIFFERENT name on the address portion of the shipping label. It showed up to the house with someone else's name on it which I should have denied. How and why does this continue to happen?

Easy and simple. Only gave 4 stars because item did not come with mounting bolts. Easy fix with bolts I had on hand. No drilling required because it was compatible with the Draw Tite Class III (76034) I also purchased from etrailer.
