It sure does Richard. The Curt Hitch item # C13397 does indeed fit the 2026 Honda CR-V Trail Sport Hybrid. This custom fit class III hitch has a 2" receiver and comes with all the installation hardware you'll need to get it installed.

The Curt Hitch item # C13397 has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity and a maximum tongue weight of 525 lbs so it'll work great for towing a small trailer or hauling accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier.

I attached a couple of pictures below, and linked an installation video we made, so you can see how to get this hitch installed.

I had it installed on my 2025 CRV hybrid sport with no issues, exhaust needed to be dropped a bit and some cutting of rear valence but looks great and works as expected

I installed this hitch on our 2026 CRV (not hybrid) with no problems. I did have to cut some of the plastic valence out to make it fit though.
