Hello Gene,

Yes, your kick sensor will still work after installing the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # DT95PR. It might block the sensor slightly, so you may need to kick your foot to the right or left of the receiver to find the sweet spot, but it will still function.

If you're looking for some wiring to pair with the hitch for light towing or a hitch-mounted accessory, you'll want the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C59236. For a clean-looking install, be sure to grab a No-Drill Mount for Electrical Mounting Bracket - Short # 18140 and a Curt Mounting Bracket for 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C42CR.

Need a ball mount as well? Check out our etrailer Ball Mount w/ Pre-Torqued 2" Ball - 2" Hitch - 2" Drop - 7,500 lbs # e67DR. I really like that our ball comes in a black nickel plating it gives it a nice, sleek design.

What are you looking to use the hitch for?

Hey Gene, did you have a chance to try out the hitch with your vehicle's kick sensor? I'm curious to know how it worked for you, as it could help others with similar setups.
