Will Replacement Fabric for etrailer Powered RV Awning Work With Solera Or Dometic Awnings?

Question:

I would like to know if this awning fabric would fit on the awning of my 2011 Forest River Cherokee 29U travel trailer. Is the fabric actually 15foot wide? Or is it 14foot 2inch to fit a 15foot awning?

Hey Nick, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Replacement Fabric for etrailer Powered RV Awnings # e96QV will work with other brands of awning like Solera or Dometic which are what we commonly see on campers like your 2011 Forest River Cherokee 29U. The fabric on all those awnings installs the exact same way, so as long as the size of the awning matches you'll be good to go.

The # e96QV fabric is for a 15" awning which is measured from the center of the arms. The fabric itself is more like 14'2" just like you said.

Hi Jesse, Thanks a bunch for getting back to me this is very helpful. According to the appliance info sheet I have for the camper it is a Dometic like you mentioned it might be. 8300/8500 is what it says for model number.
