Item arrived great. Was exactly what was described. I could not find this same jack at other stores. etrailer had exactly what I needed and it was cheaper, with a higher rating too. Will order from etrailer again.
It bolted right on trailer and works/cranks easily. Nice it's greaseable as my trailer lives outside.

I modified spare tire location (needed more tongue weight), so replaced top mount crank jack with side wind version. Shipping speed was upgraded sans asking and received item just before my next trip. Installed in 5 minutes and jack is much more ergonomic than original. Whenever I need anything trailer or pick up truck related, I don't even bother shopping around, for etrailer pretty much has everything! Customer service is outstanding even with returns or replacements. Completely satisfied with product and service.

Existing job site trailer jack broke Thursday. Menards, Home Depot, Northern tool, Mill didn't have the needed style in stock. Ordered it up and got here on Saturday. Perfect fit and higher weight rating than previous jack. Cranks smooth.
Jack was good product
This is a sturdy and easy to use manual jack. It is replacing a failed electric jack, and I am glad to have a manual jack of this high quality. It is the perfect size for my 3500 lb Rockwood Travel Trailer.
Installed easy and has been working flawlessly. Had next day delivery.
The TJA-5000S-B jack I ordered was exactly what I needed. It was easy to install. The photos show the old jack and the new jack that I needed so that I could mount 2 bikes on front of my Forrest River A-frame camping trailer.
I've had this installed on my utility trailer for about a year now. It works great. I've had some pretty big loads in it and have had no issues raising and lowering it with this jack.
Package came very quick. Went right on to my trailer. The foot that "matched" the jack I bought did not work. Had to run to a local store and get one that would.
Product came on time, as advertised. Had a hard time believing the low price!! My old jack was so damaged I had to persuade it off with hammer and chisel, but then this jack went on in minutes. Functions smoothly. Couldn't be happier. etrailer has all my future trailer business. Five Stars.
The replacement tongue jack fit perfectly (hole alignment) and the movement is back to the way the original jack worked when brand new. Haven't used it in its full range yet, but so far looks promising. Just a little concerned about the top cover of the jack which appears that it would let rain water into the gear box. I applied a quart size zip lock bag which should keep the rain out.

A long search for an American made jack led me to etrailer.com. Turns out the jack was made in China. Disappointed!!

We love to offer parts that are made in the USA. We do not offer a similar jack that is USA made however on any part that is, it will be listed on the product page as Made in USA.
Works as intended. I have it on a small 20ft camper that weighs about 4k Lbs. I recommend adding grease and an adjustable bottom with a quick release pin.

Jack works fine, but arrived with several dings and chips in paint. I realize it will probably get that way eventually anyway, but would expect it to arrive looking new.

These jacks arrive to us in large pallets which unfortunately does mean they are not in the best shape. I am happy to have Customer Service contact you.

VERY PROMPT SERVICE
I bought this for a basketball goal replacement and it worked out GREAT!! It raises the backboard with ease, and my 8 year old daughter loves it. It shipped out faster than I was expecting, and it arrived in just a few days. Awesome job towards Etrailer!!!!!!

Still working fine. Smooth and easy operation. I seriously doubt that I’ll have any issues with the side wind trailer jack.
