For your Shelby 5104 trailer coupler I recommend the Round A-Frame Trailer Jack - Sidewind - 15-5/8" Travel - 5,000 lbs # TJA-5000S-B. This will use the Footplate for 2,000-lb and 5,000-lb Round, A-Frame Jacks # JF-99.
