Hitch is strong and very well built. Installation is pretty straight forward. Second one from trailer and it’s great. Easy to DIY and using jack stands to help line up and raise your hitch into place makes it an easy one man job.

I had the hitch installed at Felkers in Loveland, Co. They did an excellent job; The hitch was in contact with both Jeep exhaust tubes, which would have caused a rattle on bumps. Felkers, cut out portions of the exhaust tubes to eliminate the problem. You might mention this to other jeep installation's. Other than that it was fine
The super premium fish wire saved this job for me. It was physically difficult for me to install this by myself. Transmission jack and regular floor jack made it feasible and a controlled operation. I had to trim the exhaust bezel on my 2021 Jeep Cherokee Limited as documented in the description. I recommend watching their YouTube video install for the 2021 Jeep Cherokee. Super premium quality product.

FITS PERFECT on my 2019 CHEROKEE LATITUDE! I ordered on Sunday, it showed up Wednesday, and i bolted it on friday with no problems. I bought it so that i could use a bike rack, and its a perfect fit. And for the price and shipping and availability, I could not have asked for a better deal!

I wrote an earlier review with four stars, but I would like to retract that and now reduce that reading to two stars as I have discovered there are more missing parts. In total, I am short one carriage bolt and two nuts. The instructional videos as I mentioned are excellent, but very frustrating that I have to make another trip to the hardware store. I should’ve double checked all my parts prior to installation. I would recommend that for anybody before they get started.
The shipping was delayed but I believe that was on the part of UPS and not etrailer. I hired a mechanic to install this hitch as I have some disabilities. The mechanic said the hitch was quite easy to install and he had it done in less than one hour. The hitch looks OK as installed. Price for this item was competitive.
Watched the video on YouTube and installed it myself. Pretty easy. Had to use my knee to hold the hitch up while I started the bolts.

Arrived on time and the video tutorial was right on target with what to expect. Looks like a quality hitch and very easy to install. I am 70 years old and recommend getting help to lift and bolt in place as I did from my 28yr old son. All parts needed to install were included. I would recommend etrailer to everyone!
If you're installing this to a 2019 Jeep Cherokee, be sure to scrape off the sealer at the points where the hitch mounts attach. The clearance is very little at the hitch and uni-body points. Definitely support the exhaust pipe and after loosening the clamp fully, wiggle the muffler side to side, do not rotate it. Best to have another set of hands to hold the pipe upstream of the clamp while wiggling the muffler. Total installation time for the hitch was 2 hours and another 2 hours for the wiring harness.
