This 6-7/16" oval backup light uses 10 white LEDs behind a clear lens to throw a strong, even beam that helps when backing up or hooking up in the dark. It’s certified for use as a backup light in a 2-lamp system, meeting DOT, FMVSS 108, and CMVSS 108 standards so you know it’s road-legal and dependable. The LEDs last up to 50 times longer than incandescent bulbs, drawing just 0.26 amps at 12.8 volts for bright performance with very little power demand.
Water intrusion can ruin a light fast, but this one is built to handle it. The housing and clear lens are sonically sealed together into a single waterproof unit, so it’s safe for use on trailers that get dunked or splashed. No moisture gets in to corrode the diodes or short out the circuit board, making it ideal anywhere water is part of the job.
The recessed design sits neatly in place using a grommet (sold separately) for a tight seal against the mounting surface. It accepts an industry-standard 2-prong plug (sold separately), making wiring quick and straightforward—no custom connectors or adapters needed.
The light’s lens and housing are both made of polycarbonate for solid impact resistance and long life. There are no filaments to break or bulbs to replace—just clean, consistent light output every time you switch into reverse. A lifetime LED warranty backs that durability for peace of mind over years of use.

Was just what I was looking for. They had the red lights at our local store but I couldn't find the back-up lights so I went on line and found e-trailer. Realized I could have gotten everything from them and will keep them on my fav list.

Product worked fine. Only took a couple of minutes to replace my old trailer lights. Lights are much brighter than my old bulb type lights.
Huge difference in brightness from these back up lights compared to those which came on my Ranch Hand Legend rear bumper. Product was as described and arrived sooner then I expected.

These provide a lot more light than the bulb type lights. Connections on the back match what was on the trailer. I replaced the rubber grommets at the same time as they are not very expensive.
Product well made and was as advertised. Led lights will be used in my Ranch Hand bumper.
Easy to install. I already have the mounting base and wiring.
I ordered LED trailer running lights - were very easy to put in - not quite as bright as I would have liked, but did may a noticeable difference.
Installed as an interior light in my horse trailer. Works great, although it was slightly bigger than the previous light and was a bit difficult to install. High output with very little power draw. Just plug in, no electrical work. Received very quickly.
The lights are great, however, you should probably sell as a kit to include the mounting brackets and wiring harness. I had to make a second order to complete the installation on my truck.

I can't believe the difference in the looks of my Damon Outlaw Toy Hauler after adding the new LED taillights, not to mention how much safer it will be with the added visibility. The rear of the coach looks brand new with the old faded lights removed and replaced with your lights. Everything was just plug and play. Well worth the cost. Thanks, Michael

I get compliments on the way the motorhome looks all the time. The transformation was really worthwhile, and the back of the coach is MUCH MORE visible poor weather than it used to be. I am completely satisfied!

Great and perfect replacement for the backup lights in my headache rack.
the light fixture works very good except when used in the bracket, it leaves the back exposed to being hit by road debris. There is no cover on the light fixture. Therefore i went to a local fabricator and he made a fixture out of 2x4 steel tubing. The gasket fit perfectly but when i went to us the 2 wire pigtail, it was at the wrong angle for the light. I purchased another one locally. just wanted you to know that i could only use the light and the gasket.

Product exactly as needed. Existing lamps last about 8 to 10 weeks as docking lights on my motorhome; there are four - one at each wheel. These lamps fit perfectly and are much brighter. My expectation is that these lamps will last more than a year(?) We'll see.

I purchased these Submersible LED bulbs for my boat trailer for two reasons. The first is so road traffic is aware of my intentions of backing up and the second is to make it easier to back my trailer into my driveway at night. The only thing that I find disappointing about this product, is that the wires are not sealed. You have to plug a pigtail in to power the bulb. Although they say it is watertight, I still plan on sealing the plug with some marine grade silicone sealant. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the way these bulbs light up my path of travel.
Nice lights. I have the 36 diode oval LED lights mounted on a flatbed truck as reverse lights and they are not near as bright as these 10 diode lights. I have the 10 diode lights mounted inside a 6ftx20ft stock trailer on a toggle switch. There is one at the front and one at the back. They give off plenty of light to load and unload horses and cattle in the dark. I would buy these again for the next trailer I rebuild. The team at etrailer.com is top notch as well. Thank you for the reply.You are correct the light has a three prong socket on the back but this light only uses one function. You need a ground connection and the reverse signal connection. The 2 prong plug I recommended will actually cover up that third slot so you dont have to worry about it getting dirty or damaged.
