Where do I connect a back up light on a 2019 Chevy Equinox? Can I get a connection in the rear fuse panel?

You may be able to get a connection for a backup light in the rear fuse panel on your 2019 Chevy Equinox. I do see there is a circuit for the trailer reverse lights is F8 and K2 positions according to your owners manual. Do understand you may or may not have these circuits wired on your fuse panel and may need to get the signal from the wiring going into the tail light.

Bud, I tried F8 and it is hot all the time. +12VDC There are no connections to the relay block K2. The reverse light is in the rear lift gate and not easily accessible. Thank, Keith

@KeithA That is what I was afraid of. While I cannot see your wiring diagram the local service center at a Chevy dealer should be able to look up your wiring and let you know where you may be able to more easily tie into the reverse light circuit.
