• Which Optronics Utility Lighter is Brighter BUL28CLPB and BUL111CFPG
  Hey Frank, while we don't have Lumen outputs for either light you mentioned I can assure you the part # BUL111CFPG is a lot brighter than the # BUL28CLPB. This is evident in the video reviews I attached on this page and the by the amperage draw difference between them both. The part # BUL28CLPB draws .054 amps whereas the part # BUL111CFPG draws .386 amps. That's 7 times more amps drawn. We don't have the black trim ring you are looking for either as we only have the chrome part # A78CB.

  The Optronics LED Trailer Utility Light - Submersible - 10 Diodes - Oval - Clear Lens # BUL28CLPB is a great option to add to the back of your boat trailer for additional light when backing up the trailer in the dark. Adding 4 lights total with 2 in the front and 2 in the rear sounds like a good plan as it will also give you additional light around the trailer.   I do have an option for you, however we do not have the exact Optronics BUL-74CBK model tail light that you referenced available. The closest assembly we have is with the Optronics # BUL28CLPB that features a hardwired 3-prong plug, a 10 diode design, and a sonically sealed waterproof housing. • Can LED Trailer Tail Lights # BUL28CLPB and # UCL59CB be Ran Off of 12 Volt Accessory Circuit
  The amperage draw of each of the lights you mentioned is so low that running several of them would be no problem at all for the 12 volt power circuit of your trailer wiring. The # UCL59CB only draws .22 amps and the # BUL28CLPB only draws 0.054 amps. Most 12 volt accessory circuits are 40 amp so you'd easily be fine.

• Will the Optronics LED Trailer Utility Light BUL28CLPB Work with 24 Volts
  The Optronics LED Trailer Utility Light part # BUL28CLPB like most of our lights is only compatible with 12VDC. Therefore, in order to use this light on a 24VDC system you'd need to use a voltage reducer which we don't carry. We do offer a few utility lights that are 24VDC compatible like the Low Profile LED Flood Light part # 3371492135 so if you don't want to go the above route this is what I recommend.
