This hub is made for farm implements that stay off the highway. It’s designed strictly for low-speed agricultural use, typically limited to 20 mph, so it handles the heavy work in the field without being overbuilt for road duty. Each hub is rated for 3,000 lb, giving you 6,000 lb per axle set when used as a pair. It’s a solid match for machines that need dependable rolling gear under constant load but not highway speeds.
No guessing or mix-matching needed. This Redline Complete Agricultural Hub Assembly fits the AS3000F spindle exactly, so you can count on proper bearing seating and alignment. The combination of inner bearing LM29749 and outer bearing LM67048 ensures smooth rotation and long service on farm implements built around that spindle standard.
Instead of wheel studs, this idler hub uses threaded bolt holes for 1/2" lug bolts. The 90-degree coned bolt heads center the wheel precisely just like lug nuts would. It’s a straightforward setup that keeps things tight and balanced through repeated use in the field.
The hub uses a 6 on 6" bolt pattern with a 3" pilot hole and accepts 1/2" wheel bolts—common measurements across many agricultural implements. The races (LM29710 inner and LM67010 outer), grease seal SL175 (2.722" OD, 1.75" ID, single lip), and grease cap 45896 (2.44" OD) are all matched components designed to handle typical farm conditions while keeping maintenance predictable and simple.
Designed for agricultural implements at low speeds (typically limited to 20 mph). Do not use for highway service.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Thank you eTrailer! You had the spindle and hub I was looking for and they worked out fine.
Used this hub and a spindle to convert an old tractor front end over to a modern wheel. It’s worked perfectly for a year now. Tractor is used for pulling only so it doesn’t see a lot of use but the occasional drop from having the front end up in the air. Haven’t had any trouble at all with anything I’ve ordered from etrailer.
