  I'd be happy to walk you through how to determine which replacement hub and bearings will fit your old horse trailer, but those numbers are not cross referencing to anything. What you'll need to do is remove one of the hubs and measure the three points of the spindle shown below with digital calipers like # PTW80157.   Actually we have a fit as a replacement for the hub you have based on the bearing and seal dimension you listed. It looks like you have a number 42 spindle which is very common. For a hub without a drum the part # 8-213-5UC1 would fit but you would need to swap out the seal with the part # GS-2250DL.

  If you give me the tapered spindle measurements like in the attached photo, I can help you get the replacement hubs you need. I need the measurements at letter B where the seal sits, letter C where the inner bearing rides, and letter D where the outer bearing rides.   A #84 spindle is the standard 3,500 lb axle spindle. It uses an inner bearing L68149 (1.378" inner diameter), and an outer bearing L44649 (1.063" inner diameter). These days this is basically universal for 3,500 lb axles. What you have with your 25580 outer and LM67048 Inner bearings is either a 5,200 lb or 6,000 lb axle. The 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern and the 3" round tube also indicate a 5.2K or 6K axle. With your axle and bearing combination, there are not any hubs with a 5 on 5-1/2"...

The hubs you get must be compatible with your spindle, and that means you will need to look at your hub bearings; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them.   The bearing dimensions you mentioned match the standard number 42 trailer spindle so we can easily fit a hub to your axles. Only issue is none of the hubs that will fit have the 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern you are wanting as that's a bolt pattern for lower capacity axles.
