The built-in 12-volt DC fan pushes 100 CFM of air out so interiors don’t get stuffy. It works as an exhaust fan to pull rising heat out through the roof while the space stays locked and secure. It’s a simple way to keep things cooler and better ventilated without adding complicated wiring or controls.
The vent lid opens and closes with a basic hand-operated crank. The wedge-shaped polypropylene dome lifts easily and locks in position, so there’s no motor or remote to maintain. When closed, it sits low and tight to the roof for a clean look and less wind drag.
The aerodynamic white cover is made from durable polypropylene that stands up to sun and weather. Below that, a galvanized steel roof flange resists rust and corrosion year after year. It’s a reliable combo of light weight and strength that holds up to travel and exposure.
This vent drops right into a standard 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" roof opening, perfect for replacing an older non-powered vent. It includes a Polar White garnish that fits roofs 1-7/8" to 3" thick and has a 2-1/8" leg depth. The snap-out screen makes it easy to clean from inside without climbing on the roof.
The white, translucent dome lets natural light filter through even when the vent is closed. It brightens the interior during the day and saves you from switching on extra lights. It’s a small detail that makes the space feel more open and comfortable inside.
