We have several selection for replacement vent cover for Ventline Old-Style Rounded Dome in smoke, # BV0554-03. Or in white # BV0554-01. In wedge shape, white, # BVD0449-A01. In wedge shape, smoke, # BVE0108-03. Rounded dome, white, # BBC0530-01. Rounded dome, blue/grey, # BBC-0530-04.

The vent has a right arm swing it is not in the center

Okay, let's keep looking. The vent you referenced is a Ventline Ventdome at 14-1/4" x 14-1/4"; is this the model that is on your trailer?

I recommend replacing the component as whole rather than just the lid. If there is not a fan in the current, the replacement will be Ventline Ventadome Manual - 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" - White, # V2092SP-28. With a fan, # V2094SP-30.
