I have a 2002 RV with a 4000T Fantastic Fan. The Arm Lift Assembly broke Part #1011. Do u have this part? Also, will I need the Interior Kob Extention and Screw #140K

The parts you mentioned are not available as replacement parts so the best we can offer will be a new 12 volt fan with a manual lift.
What you can use in its place is the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent with 12V Fan - Manual Lift # V2094SP-30.
This vent comes will fit roofs that are between 1" and 3" thick, or if your roof is up to 4" thick you can add the Ceiling Garnish # VA0445-35; for a roof from 4-7/8" to 6" thick you would need the Ceiling Garnish # VA0445-37.
