Question:
If the roof vents I currently have in my fifth wheel do not have fans, or power to them, what would be the easiest way to upgrade to these vents with a powered fans? I dont need the auto open, or anything fancy....just wanting to upgrade our current vents to help pull hot air out since we do so much hot weather camping. Thank you!

Hey Marvin,
You can definitely get a simple, economical 12 volt fan to push the air out of your trailer, and to do so you'd just need a simple vent fan. For that, all you'd need is an option from Ventline, with your choice of White or Smoke:
- White: Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # V2094SP-30
- Smoke: Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # V2094SP-34
These have a lid which you open manually, and an easy on/off switch on the fan to operate. The only thing you'd need to install it is the Roof Vent Installation Kit # 344270KITW.

Hey Marvin, how did the upgrade to the Ventline roof vent with the 12V fan go on your fifth wheel? Did it help move the hot air out better during your summer trips? Your update could make it easier for others looking to add powered vents to their trailers.
