How do I install the vent line 12 volt fan . Part number vdo434

The part number that was provided is actually for the screen, # BVD0434-31, which is included with some Ventline roof vents. To obtain the part number for the fan you will need to remove the screen.
I have attached a set of installation instructions which cover the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, # V2094SP-30, as well as a few other models. If your model is not listed on the instruction sheet, please feel free to send me an email with your model number and I will get the correct installation instructions for you.
