Features to know about

Keep the Front End Level Under Load: 3,000-lb Suspension Support

Heavy equipment on the front end can make your vehicle sag and throw off steering and braking. The Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System adds up to 3,000 lbs of support to keep things level and stable. These hollow rubber springs take on the extra weight from plows or other gear so your headlights stay aimed right and your front tires maintain even contact with the road.

Smooth Out Rough Roads: Hollow Rubber Springs that Absorb Shock

When the pavement turns rough, the Aeon hollow rubber springs act like built-in shock absorbers between the frame and axle. They cushion bumps and jolts to create a smoother, more stable ride while protecting your factory suspension from bottoming out. The rubber design also helps reduce wear on your suspension components for longer life over uneven roads.

Stay Steady in Crosswinds and Turns: Independent Spring Action

Each spring works on its own to handle off-center loads, swerves, and sharp turns. That independent action cuts down body roll and sway so your vehicle feels planted when you’re cornering or when crosswinds hit. The springs add support only when needed, keeping handling predictable and confident.

Install It Once and Get Rolling: No Drilling, No Air Lines

The system bolts directly in place of your factory bump stops with vehicle-specific brackets and hardware included. There are no air hoses, compressors, or manual adjustments to worry about—just simple bolt-on installation using basic tools. Once installed, the springs automatically adjust to load changes for dependable support every time.

I haven/t installed them yet. I think I should have gotten a discount for the age of the "box"s the Timbrens were in. May be a credit ,, Brad

by:

I love these things. They are worth the upfront expense. I have them on two ¾'s, one ½, and a minivan for road trips. This particular set is full-time active up front. I have a 2" leveling kit and I'm in em no matter what. Zero complaints though. Solid performance through all aspects. I don't run any front-end attachments.

by:

I have a 2006 Kodiak 2 wheel drive. Timbrin firmed up the front end to much. There in full contact with the spring. I think it to stuff and I might be removing them. The install was straight forward. Parts are as expected and quality of Timbrin is great. Just not enough cush..

Great ordering, shipping time, cost, and supporting information. We added a snow plow and the product did everything as advertised.

Thanks for caring

by:

Very easy to install, maybe 15 minutes for both
On the initial drive test the front end definitely feels more positive and less sway. Will continue this review after loading up and hitting the road

by:

Made a HUGE difference in ride on our 2021 Sunseeker.

by:

Easy to install, and they dramatically improved the ride and stability. I wish I added these 30 years ago when My motor home was new

So far, so good. No issues.

Easy to install Great helper for springs

by:

Product looks very well made and etrailer sent it very quickly, via standard rate no less! Package came w no damage. It’s always a pleasure buying from e-trailer. Now I have to just install it!

by:

Timbren is the way to go. Progressive resistance unlike sumo and durable. Customer service is top notch. This is the first front set I have ever used.
E450 2022 Sunseeker 2850.
Only thing is, you use the nut welded to the frame and have to use a universal joint to tighten.

I’ve personally installed 5 sets of them on pick up trucks

by:

I just completed installation today. Directions could have been a little clearer but once I looked at it no problem.
Test drove about 3 miles and turned back one thing I noticed right away was ride was smoother.

by:

Smoothed out the rough road and pothole jolts on the front end. Also eliminated the slight tilt when making 90° turns on my E-450 RV (Phoenix Cruiser 3100) This should also prolong the life of the Bilstein shock absorbers.

by:

Seems to have helped tremendously! Well pleased with the easy installation.

  • Best Suspension Enhancement & Steering Stabilizer For 2023 Jayco Greyhawk 27U
Hi Jeff, I can give you a hand here with suspension upgrades for your 2023 Jayco Greyhawk 27U, though honestly I'd go a different route than the Timbrens # TFEF350 and # TFERSD you mentioned. They'll do their job, but my goodness they can be quite rough on the ride. They are made from a very dense hollow rubber so there just isn't much "give" there and you'll feel it. The better option is definitely SumoSprings because they'll compress based on the weight being transferred so it isn't...

  • Recommended Shock Absorbers / Suspension Enhancement for a 2018 Forest River Sunseeker 3050S
William, I checked what we have and I was able to find the Lippert Bolt-On Shock Kit w/ Heavy Duty Gas Shocks # LC281281 which will work with 5,200 lb to 7,000 lb axles, and has has an easy bolt on install. We also have the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System # TFEF350 for the front and # TFERSD for the rear, which have a 3,000 lb capacity for the front, and 5,600 lb for the rear for a combined total of 8,600 lbs of support.

  • Recommended Suspension Upgrades for Class C RV on 2021 Ford E-450 Chassis
I recommend starting with the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar, # RM-1139-147. This will reduce side-to-side movement for a noticeable improvement in your vehicle's stability and reduced body roll. For the front, I recommend the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System, # TFEF350. The Timbren Suspension Enhancement Systems are designed to work progressively, the hollow rubber springs are compressed along the folds as the weight increases. Once the folds are compacted, the stacked barrel...

For a 2011 Ford E-350 Cube Van you would need the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System # TFEF350UH (approximately 4-7/8" tall) and the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFER35092LB (approximately 6-1/8" tall).

  • Recommended Sumo Springs For A 2021 Jayco RedHawk With JayRide
I do have some options for you, but JayRide will definitely be a limiting factor when installing SumoSprings on your 2021 Jayco Redhawk Motorhome. For the rear axle we have the # SSR-130-54 which are the 2,800 lb capacity jounce springs. For the front axle, unfortunately we do not offer a sumo spring that is compatible with JayRide, but we do offer the Timbren # TFEF350. These are 3,000 lb capacity hollow rubber springs. I have linked a few of our install videos below if you want to take...

  • Recommended Front Suspension Enhancement for a 2018 Thor Quantum Motorhome RC25
The Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System part # TFEF350 is rated at 3,000 lbs and the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System part # TFEF350UH is rated at 6,000 lbs. I was able to call the manufacturer to confirm this. They will both fit your 2018 Thor Quantum Motorhome RC25 on a Ford E-450 chassis but I recommend using the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System part # TFEF350UH as it will be better suited for your motorhome. This system is also very easy to install as...

  • Will Timbren Front and Rear Suspension Enhancement Help With Sag and Sway on 2005 Ford E-150
The addition of the Timbren Front # TFEF350 and Rear # TFER15087 suspension enhancement system will definitely help with sag and sway on your 2005 E-150. These work progressively so resistance increases depending on the load. They will also work independently to support both sides of the vehicle and prevent sway and improve handling. In addition to the support they provide they will also help to extend the life of your vehicle suspension. Both the front and rear have a 3,000 lb capacity...

  • Which Timbren is Best Choice for 2019 Ford E-Series Cutaway
Unfortunately the most comfortable ride can be subjective. My suggestion is that if at present time you have hard contact with factory axle bump stops on frame and a very rough or unstable ride in turns, I would definitely select the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System, # TFEF350UH. If the current ride does not typically "bottom out" except for very rougher patches of road, then I would select the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System, # TFEF350.

  • Recommeended Suspensin Enhancement For 2004 Sunseeker 3100 Class C Motorhome
Installing new suspension enhancement really depends on what you want to achieve. If you are lookign for help when you are towing then using suspension enhancement like air bags will help. But if you are looking for help when you are driving to control sway and make the steering easier I recommend sway control. The feedback we get from customers is that they like the Timbren enhancement sytems more than the SumoSprings. The Timbrens I recommend for your Sunseeker are part # TFEF350 for...

  • How to Prevent Up and Down Movement on a 2015 Thor Vegas Motorhome
The best way to prevent the up and down movement on the front of your 2015 Thor Vegas Motorhome is to use the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System part # TFEF350. These upgraded jounce springs will act as a buffer between the frame and control arm. The buffer will then reduce the amount of vertical travel that is allowed on your motorhome. The upgraded jounce springs will be the best option we have for you to help with the problem you are having. They are also very easy to install...

  • Front Hitch and Sway Bar/Suspension Enhancement for a 1995 Ford E-350 Van
There's no reason you couldn't install the Front Sway Bar part # RM-1139-115 as well as the front hitch part # 65001 at the same time on your 1995 E-350 Ford Van. I will say that typically with a front hitch people want front suspension enhancement to help with sag from hitch accessories like plows. A Timbren system part # TFEF350 might be a better solution if this is the case for you. This system will provide you with additional suspension support when the hitch has a load on it and won't...

These both easily bolt up in the same way as your factory bump stops so it should be a very easily swap out for you.

  • Best Front And Rear Suspension Enhancement For 2000 Winnebago Mini Winnie Motorhome
Hey Curt, thanks for reaching out. The 30V and 31A are simply the different floor plans that Winnebago offered for the 2000 Minnie Winnie. We include those designations in our fit guide because some floor plans can have different chassis or suspension configurations, so it's an extra way to verify you're getting the correct part. In this case, it doesn't affect the fitment. The Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # TFERSD fits both the 30V and 31A floor plans, so it'll fit your Minnie...
