Question:
Will the road master anti sway bar fit with your e-trailer front end hitch 2?

There's no reason you couldn't install the Front Sway Bar part # RM-1139-115 as well as the front hitch part # 65001 at the same time on your 1995 E-350 Ford Van.
I will say that typically with a front hitch people want front suspension enhancement to help with sag from hitch accessories like plows. A Timbren system part # TFEF350 might be a better solution if this is the case for you. This system will provide you with additional suspension support when the hitch has a load on it and won't affect unloaded ride quality either.
