When your truck squats under a heavy load, braking, steering, and headlight aim can all suffer. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 air springs add up to 5,000 lbs of rear support to keep your vehicle level and stable. By sharing the weight across all four wheels, they reduce strain on your factory suspension, improve control, and keep tires wearing evenly. Whether hauling gear or towing, you get a safer, more balanced ride that stays true even under serious weight.
Every load is different, and these springs let you tune for it. With air pressure adjustable between 5 psi and 100 psi, you can fine-tune firmness for the perfect balance of comfort and stability. Inflate each spring independently to correct side-to-side lean or keep things even front to back. Manual inflation valves and air lines are included for simple setup, and you can add an onboard compressor system later if you want in-cab or wireless control.
Heavy loads demand strong gear. Each LoadLifter 5000 spring is made from tough 2-ply fabric-reinforced rubber with high-strength Zytel nylon endcaps that are lighter, stronger, and more corrosion resistant than steel. Air Lift’s exclusive roll plates protect the bags from damage while increasing their load capacity. The result is a setup that stands up to years of towing, hauling, and rough roads without leaks or wear issues.
Everything needed for installation is in the box—mounting brackets, hardware, manual inflation valves, and air lines. The brackets are designed for a clean fit so you can bolt them up and get back to work faster. Once installed, just fill the bags through the valve stems (typically mounted on the bumper) until your truck sits level again. You get reliable support that’s easy to maintain and ready whenever the next big load shows up.

Sorry to hear it isn't living up to your expectations, Alan. Were you experiencing a lot of sag when you were unloaded before installing these? And do you have stock suspension? This is the first time I have heard of someone having so many issues with this kit on a Tacoma, so I must admit to being surprised by your review.
