Hey Lon, yes the Air Lift LoadLifter part # AL49DQ would be a great option for your 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD. IT will give you the support you are wanting but since you can easily adjust air pressure you'd also be able to easily tailor the suspension support to what you need as your load changes to balance load support and ride quality.

Are you wanting a compressor as well?

Is the compressor something I need? What advantages does it give me vs not having it? Thank you

@LonC You definitely don't have to have a compressor as you can inflate the bags manually with like an air compressor from your garage. Having a compressor allows you ability fine tune the pressure at any point. It also gives you ability to know exactly how much pressure is in them since there's a gauge built in as well. There's several different options though. Like ones with remotes, smartphone apps, or even ones with old school manual gauges. I attached a link to all of the ones we carry for you to check out but if you let me know what preferences you have I can help find you one.
