Received steps on time and in good shape. I was pleased with the quality of the Lippert manual pull-out steps and the promptness of delivery.
Exactly what I needed to get into my work trailer! I am a remodeling contractor and have a 16ft. enclosed trailer filled with tools, etc. I am 66 years old and it was very difficult to get INTO the trailer. There never was a step on this trailer - so I thought something like this would work. It did!!! Just that extra 6in helps me a LOT get into the trailer without stress on my knees (have had both knees replaced). Easy to install and does the job. I weigh 260# and no problem handling my weight.

This Lippert step fits our 2008 Gulf Stream Ameri-lite perfectly. It's looks great, and it's quite sturdy. Happy with our purchase.
I think the product is great! I am using it for getting in and out of my car trailer and it has made things a lot easier. I did have trouble with the shipping. The day it arrived it was raining. The package was put in my mailbox but stuck out 6" or more and the whole end of the box was soaked. I don't think sending it thru the us mail was the best option. Maybe UPS or FedEX would have been a better option.
This is an exact replacement for our camper’s original step. It’s sturdy and easily opened and closed. The safety treads are a definite plus.

The step is a good product, but it was not going to work for my project. I bought this knowing I would have to modify it. I'm still trying to think how I can change it to fit as an additional step on my fifth wheel trailer. The price was low enough that I can use it for the parts that I need.
Works fine. Holes did not line up so not the easy replacement I had hoped. Not too difficult to redrill though.
Product exactly as described and better quality frankly than my Camper steps I will extend. Shipping very timely and free.
I am adding a feature to the mounting hole that will allow me to slide it onto the bottom step. My truck is 4x4 and high off the ground so the bottom step requires a step stool when camper is left on the truck.

I wanted to add a step to my cargo trailer. Door was a little high and a stretch carrying something heavy. This was the answer; secure step and easy to extend/retract.
Excellent product. I added this step to my existing power steps on a 2008 Fleetwood Bounder. At times the leveling system leaves the first step rather high off of the ground & this helps greatly. I made a steel plate to interface between this step and the bottom (OEM) step. The only problem is that on some occasions this added step is too low to allow the power steps to fully deploy ... but we deal with that on those rare occasions.
Some settings to install it but it's easy. looks great and the material is strong

Installed this under the side door of a Homesteader Challenger 7’ x 12’ enclosed utility trailer. I used a 3/16” x 3” x 36” plate attached to the frame to support the front of the step mount. Rear part of the step mount was bolted to the frame. Went on easily and is solid. Very happy with the purchase and the quality.

This single step was perfect for my application. I had a 12" to 16" gap between the ground and floor of my cargo trailer depending on how high you cranked it up. I considered a step with multiple steps but decided that this single step was going to work out much better. There were instructions in the box, but since my trailer was not equipped with a mount for the step, I had to completely fabricate a platform to attach the step. It took a few hours, but was not that difficult. Thanks again to Greg making sure I got the item as soon as possible.
Overall a good step for my 16' Airstream Bambi. This was a replacement for one I ruined running into a rock while maneuvering in a campsite. The step assembly is simple and fit the available bolt holes in the frame of the Bambi without any difficulty. I was able to re-use the old bolts. Took me about a half hour on my back with a couple of wrenches to take off the old pretzeled step and install the new one. It stays shut when folded up and is light enough to make it easy to unfold. Having said that, if my wife and I were heavier people, this step assembly might not be durable enough in the long run. For us, it's good enough, and I prefer a lighter step to a heavier one. And bigger people probably wouldn't like the Bambi 16' anyway. ;)
As Bambi 16ers know, the step must be folded up to deploy or retract the stabilizer under the door, but this step has a rounded front on it, so it sticks out just a little further than a flat-fronted step, which puts it just at the limit for the Airstream stabilizer crank to be able to function (it hits the step a little with every turn). I am okay with that because I like the curved front, which is just a little easier to step down on without looking, than a flat fronted step. I added a little carpet thingy to the step, even though it has nice traction tape built in, because I like the carpet and it adds a little bit of shoe-cleaning on the way into the trailer.
I bought these a year ago. No issues. Great product and wonderful customer service from Austin. We have, and will again buy parts from e-trailer

Have not completed install yet so can’t give a rating on how they function but can give rating on the install about to happen. Because of the holes that should line up with the recommended outrigger brackets also purchased from etrailer it is going to take longer to install. I will need to drill the opening on the step side brackets larger so it will line up with holes on the outrigger. See the pictures attached. I had bought the same strep but with 2 steps and the mounting holes matched up with the outrigger. It’s the one step one that is having the issue.
