  I do have a crossbar pad that will work with the the TracRack crossbars but the Malone SUP 30 Rack Pad Kit will not as the crossbars themselves are wider than the actual pad. For a set of crossbar pads that will work with the TracRack crossbars I recommend using the Thule Surf Pad part # TH845000.   Yes! The only surfboard pads we have for your TracONE ladder rack with 4" x 1-1/2" crossbars is the Thule SUP and Surfboard Pads # TH845000. The strechable material allows the pads to expand to fit the bars.   The only padded option for the larger TracRac crossbars is going to be the Thule SUP and Surfboard Pads for AeroCrossbars item # TH845000 you were looking at. These pads wrap around that crossbars and secure with some heavy duty Velcro so you won't have to worry about them blowing off. They are 20" long x 3" wide x 3" tall and are sold in pairs. Because of the larger size of the TracRac crossbars, we have found that the best solution for transporting kayaks is with the Thule Surf Pad # TH845000.
