Hi Matt,
The Thule SUP and Surfboard Pads # TH845000 are confirmed by Thule to fit the crossbars of a TracRac ladder rack. These pads have Velcro straps to quickly & easily install or remove them. I've attached a short video below where Adam will show you these pads on a typical roof rack.
