Will this fit with the extended bolts? Doesnt seem like its wide enough to go around the aero bar...

I have a solution for you. The Thule # TH896 kayak carrier will mount to the TracRac bar using the t-track hardware. The TracRac bars are 4 inches wide and the wrap around mount of the carrier can mount to a maximum crossbar width of 3-5/8 inches.
Another option I recommend is the Thule Crossbar Pad, # TH845000, on your TracRac bars. These pads will provide a padded mounting spot to rest your kayak on top of your TracRac bars. The pads are sold in the pair and measure 20 inches long.
I also recommend a set of tie-downs, like the Thule Quick Draw Tie-Downs # TH855XT. These tie-downs will ensure that you can secure both the bow and stern of the watercraft that you plan to carry.
