I recommend the Thule Xsporter Pro Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH500XTB for your 2022 Jeep Gladiator. This rack is height adjustable allowing you to position the kayaks just above your roof line. The rack uses aero designed bars that prevent whistling by directing the air above and below the bars.
The Thule SUP and Surfboard Pads # TH845000 will help protect the kayaks while on the rack. And the Thule Load Strap Cinch Straps # TH521 use a cam buckle strap that helps prevent overtightening and damage to your Kayak.
