Getting a camper on and off the truck takes muscle if your jacks can’t handle the weight. This HappiJac manual system includes four jacks rated for a combined 11,200 lbs, or 2,800 lbs per jack, with a full 36-1/2" of lift. The maintenance-free Acme screws and self-lubricating nuts make cranking steady and easy, whether you power them by hand or with a drill when not under load.
A solid build goes a long way in keeping your camper steady. Each jack has heavy-duty 2" square tubing for superior strength and durability. The inner and outer tubes are zinc-plated to resist rust and corrosion, and the outer tube gets a white powder coat finish for extra protection against the elements. It’s a setup made to stay smooth and reliable season after season.

Rocking or shifting can make loading nerve-racking. The concave footpads give you better grip and balance by reducing movement under pressure. Locking levers let you set the exact height you need—flip them down when lifting or lowering, then up to hold your position securely. The result is a camper that stays stable while you work around it.

You don’t need complex tools to make these jacks work. Just remove the debris cover from the crank socket, attach a hand crank (sold separately), and turn counterclockwise to extend or clockwise to retract. A power drill with a 1/2" hex socket works too when the jacks aren’t bearing weight. With two people cranking at once—or one alternating side to side—you can raise or lower your camper evenly without strain.

Installing the jacks is straightforward using the included front L-brackets, flat brackets, and rear Z-brackets that bolt to each corner of your camper. If you ever want faster control, the same jacks can be upgraded later with the HappiJac manual-to-electric conversion kit (LC733960-182524) for wireless remote operation—no need to swap out your hardware.

I am sorry that these arrived in this poor condition. You were correctly informed, we do not have any more of them in stock. Same with that replacement piece, we do not carry that either. Let me get you in touch with the manufacturer to see if they can get a replacement sent out to you right away.
