Question:
Good morning! Can you use the Brophy heavy Duty Camper jacks for truck campers with a dually truck? How do you get it around the wheel wells? Thank you for your time. -c

Hello Christy. I do have a potential option for you, but the Brophy Heavy Duty Cable Camper Jacks # CX74 are generally not recommended for dually trucks. Fitment can depend on the width of the truck compared to the width of the camper. In most cases, they will not clear the fenders on a dually. If the camper is the same width as the top of your bed rails there won't be a way to use a camper jack like this as they'd interfere, but if the width of the camper is same as dually fenders it would work well.
If you need to go with something more suited for a dually, what I recommend instead is the Swing Out Extension Brackets # LC182496 with the HappiJac Manual Truck Camper Jack System # LC736515-4. The extension brackets are made specifically for dually tucks and they will give you up to 4-1/2" of extension off the side of the camper.

Good morning, Jesse - Christy here. Do you have any suggestions for products that can help get our truck camper off the ground so that we can get new jacks installed. The Happijacs were screwed into the wood/fiberglass and failed. The camper hit the ground and remains there. We could sure use some ideas for how to get it back up so we can get it serviced. Any thoughts? Thank you! -c

Thank you, Jesse. That's kind of what I was thinking. We have a camper that collapsed off of the jacks on Friday night while we were unloading. Any ideas for getting the Bigfoot 2500 off of the ground so we can get it to a repair shop and then be able to unload it off the truck? Thank you! -c
