Will these work on a 2005 Hallmark camper? Im not sure where to find the part number on my current happijac? Are there 2inch extensions rather than swing out extensions available?

The Happijac Swingout Extensions part # LC182496 do fit your 2005 Hallmark camper and work with the following jack setups # LC736514-4, # LC736514-ELKIT, # LC736515-4 and # LC736515-ELKIT. You'd have to compare what you have now to these kits to see if they are a correct match. We do not have 2 inch extensions at this time.
