Piece of cake ... Watched the video and 30 minutes later I was done ... Only minor issue was working around the tail pipe, but even that was no big deal
Exact fit easy to install and works like it should. Quick note the bracket that holds the pigtail aka trailer wiring connector can get damaged when trailing. I now have the connector zip tied to the bracket.

Well made. Relatively easy to install but did require some bending to fit the frame which was somewhat frustrating. Anyway, it is on and the wiring harness was a no brainer to hookup. Shipping was super fast - could hardly believe it - :).
i am a repeat customer..... no more... the hitch seems fine , however the ordering process was a nightmare.
they confused me with a customer who apparently has the same last name as me. they sent the hitch to him (same street address, different box #).
the postal company would not release it to me, as it was not addressed to me or my box#. after lenghty negotiatings, i was able to retrieve the hitch.
no help from e trailer. not even a sorry. horrible business practice and custermer service. it' u haul for me in the future.
I received your trailer hitch yesterday.I am very satisfied. It was very easy to install. Took me less than 1.5 hours including the wiring kit. The instructions were clear and concise and specific to my vehicle with no bad grammar like you get with the Chinese products. It was obvious whoever wrote these instructions had actually installed this hitch on a 99 jeep Wrangler. ( those nuts with the handles to install inside the frame were a clever touch.) I did have to ream the upper frame holes a bit to get the bolts in- took 2 minutes.- I would recomend this hitch to anyone. I loved the promt free shipping.
