Hi everyone. Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at our Deway battery powered fuel transfer pump for gas cans. Now folks, this is a thread on application to those gas cans and you're gonna get three included adapters as well, pretty much making sure that this is gonna work with whatever gas can you have. You do have a 51 inch hose and a manual trigger, so the cap itself will create a seal onto your gas can to reduce spills while siphoning inflatable fuel. So I'll throw an image image up.
This is what it looks like on a line with just say generic gas can, you know, your standard red color and this is compatible with gasoline, kerosene, and diesel fuels and also non-potable water. You do, again, get the three threaded adapters for different gas cans and jugs that's gonna fit most, probably not all, but most of 'em that are out there. And the intake tube here has a nice pump and everything into it so it can pump up the fuel. And then you have the cap up here, which again you could swap out as needed to fit your particular can. All these hoses twist on and off real simple.
So if you need to put stuff away and maybe you don't wanna move it together, you can do that. The main body up here has your on off switches. It does require the use of four AA batteries sold separately. DU58QR is our part number. If you don't have any, you can pick them up here at etrailer.com and that just goes right on there.
Whenever you're not using the pump handle, you can simply tuck it in here and hold it in place. So, very nice feature. Again, you have a nice spring loaded nozzle here on the nozzle head. And as you can see, much like your older style garden hoses, you could also lift this up and keep it flowing as needed. You've also got a hook or a spot here to hang this if you maybe want to hang it from a hook or something, maybe when you're not using it or something like that, you could do that as well.
Same thing, everything untwist. Really, really simple design, really simple to use and you can take this, fold it all away and take up just a smaller footprint, maybe in your storage area, something like that. The intake tube here is about 19 inches long overall. And again, it has a nice pump there on the bottom. The overall length of the whole hose here, as I mentioned before, was 51 inches. I'm gonna go ahead and zoom out here. So 51 inches. Not quite my full arm length, but pretty close. So very impressed with the length. You know, if you picture this being down in a fuel can, it's touching the ground right now and it's still up to about chest level on me. And then you're gonna have the pump, so you're gonna have more than enough length, I think to pump fuel, transfer it into another tank or into the gas tank of a, you know, a jet ski, ATV, whatever. I mean it's limitless really. So very nice feature. The transfer rate's about 2.4 gallons per minute and you're gonna get approximately a hundred gallons pumped on a brand new fresh set of four AA batteries. Again, not included. Well folks, that is gonna wrap it up for our quick look together. I'm Steven, thanks so much for watching. As always, have a great day.
