The lock is constructed of extruded, tempered aluminum, making it strong and durable. The lock housing features a double nickel chrome finish, and the shuttered keyhole protects the inside of the lock from the elements. Complete with a silver powder coat finish, this coupler lock is attractive, sturdy, and rust resistant.
Quick, Simple Operation
To install this lock on your coupler, insert the key and rotate it to release the locking pin. Slide the lock body onto the rolled lip of your trailer coupler. Push the locking pin into the hitch ball socket to engage, rotate the key back to lock the pin in place, and remove the key.

I can send your information to customer service for a return. I do recommend to take a look at the diagram on the product page with the inner dimensions of the lock and compare those dimensions to your coupler.
