Looking for Replacement 7-Way for 2018 Jayco Melbourne

Question:

I have a pollak 7 pin trailer connector on my 2018 Jayco Melbourne on a 2017 Mercedes Sprinter chassis. The connector is damaged as well as the sub harness it is attached to. Do you have replacement for the harness and 7 pin connector?

Hey Louis, we have a replacement 7-way you can use with the part # PK11893 but as far as the harness that this plugs into goes you would have to check with a Mercedes dealer to find that as that's not something we can get.

Louis My 2019 Chevrolet 2500HD pickup came with one of these. I forgot to unplug it one time and when I pulled away from my 5th Wheel tore it up. I ordered my replacement here at etrailer. It came with the pigtail plug in and was a simple matter to unscrew, pull out, disconnect, reconnect new one and screw back on. Easy Peasey. The folks at etrailer are great to help you get what you need.
