Designed for tandem-axle trailers, this hydraulic brake line kit includes a 16' steel line, (2) 17" steel lines, (2) 5-1/2' steel lines, a 4-1/2" steel line, a 2-1/2' steel line, (2) 18-7/8" flexible hoses, and hardware.
Features:
1. 193" Long steel line runs from the hydraulic actuator back to the trailer axles.
2. Additional steel lines (17" long and 66" long) run from the center lines to the trailer brake assemblies on each axle.
3. 18-7/8" Long flexible hoses connect the center steel lines from the actuator to the 17" long and 66" long lines that go to the trailer brakes.
4. 4-1/2" Long steel line connects the line from the actuator to the flexible hose that runs to the front trailer axle.
5. 30" Long steel line connects the line from the actuator to the flexible hose that runs to the rear trailer axle.
6. Brake line clips and screws let you affix the steel lines to your trailer.
7. 5/8" Machine bushing is used in the connection between the 30" steel line and the flexible hose that runs to the rear axle.
8. Hose bracket lets you attach the flexible hose that runs to the rear axle to your trailer.
9. Brake line tees connect the flexible hoses and steel lines to one another.

Today we're gonna take a look at the Demco Hydraulic Brake Line Kit for tandem axle trailers with drum brakes. These brake lines and fittings will let you run your brake fluid from your brake actuator to your trailer brakes. This kit here is designed for use on tandem axle trailers with drum brakes. The brake lines themselves, if you look, they're stainless steel construction. On the very ends they have a nice double flare design to them. Also on each end they use these brass swivel fittings for nice, easier installation.
Now, the flexible hoses, these two right here, they have a 1/8-inch ecoated steel male and female fittings on either end. Now, this part includes everything shown here on the table, comes with a nice set of detailed instructions on how to install everything on your trailer, and I'm gonna go through all the pieces here. You have your 193-inch long steel brake line. Right here, you'll have two of the 66-inch long steel brake lines, one 30-inch long steel brake line. You have the two 17-inch long steel brake lines, and then a small 4,5-inch steel brake line. The flexible hoses, there's two of them, they're 18 7/8 inches long.
On the parts you have the hose bracket right here, the brake line retainer clip, three of the 3/16 break tees, one 5/8 machine bushing, and then you have eight of the brake line control clips, and then eight of the 1/2-inch self-drilling hex head screws.
