Installation
This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located behind the access panel where your jack is stored in your rear cargo area.
Once installation is complete, the 4-way connector will be stowed within the jack storage compartment of your cargo area.
It is recommended that you use a small amount of grease on all electrical connections - the plug on your automobile and the 4-pole connector itself - to help prevent corrosion.

Ordered and Received Curt trailer hitch and t-connector in no time from etrailer. Since I wasn't ready to install, finally got to the project. Since the threads on the car required rethreading, took a little longer to install hitch. But overall, pretty simple process. The t-connector was a snap, just follow video and completed in no time. Highly recommend both Curt trailer hitch and t-connector.

We just bought a 2008 Chevy Equinox to pull our pop up. It has a trailer hitch but no wiring harness. I watched the etrailer.com's video for installing the fuses and relays before I ordered the wire harness kit. Had it completely installed in 10 minutes! This review will be more about the actual purchasing process. Did the typical google search looking for a harness for my 2008 Equinox. Came across etrailer.com and moved forward with the purchase. Easily found what I needed at a reasonable cost.

Installed this recently on a friend's Suzuki XL-7. The instructions were perfect and the install only took about 20 minutes. The vehicle didn't specify that it had a factory tow package but the connector was there behind the jack access. We were both impressed with the ease of installation and the quality of the product. I would highly recommend this company and their products.
For the price you cant really complain. Wire is pretty thin and is easy to cut through wiring when trying to coating off. Lasted around 3 months before wire became brittle. Used on boat trailer. Probably had 20-30 tows before i replaced again.
Great service from etrailer.com. They were able to provide two day shipping at no extra cost. The wiring harness was much easier to install than expected.
The item was exactly as described the cost was very fair and good compared to others on line. This is a company that has earned the right to use the two words Customer Service in the same sentence. That is not very true of what seems like most business now days.

Great price for hitch and wiring. Great videos for install on site too. Wish it came with wirebrush for cleaning holes for n/c.
However happy. Will work fine to pull 2 atvs.
Works perfect - a great solution. The vehicle connector was not on the bottom of the car jack compartment, it was near the top of the compartment and a little to the rear of the vehicle. It was mounted with the connector facing down.
This came in (bonus points for delivering to Canada!) And the install took me about 10 minutes. They have a video for everything its amazing!! Installed it without any issues, worked like a charm for my suzuki xl-7. Couldn't find this wiring harness anywhere locally, couldn't be happier with the overall service.

Working great!
Easy install. Didn’t even need to remove trim panel. Reach in from jack storage compartment and snap connectors together. Adding relays and fuses under the hood was fast and easy too.
2nd time I have ordered from these guys and it was great. My order arrived a day earlier than expected and George J made sure to send me emails informing me of the shipping and arrival info. This was an easy transaction and will use them in the future.
Simple as simple gets installation- I had it installed within 10 minutes and now I have trailer lights!!! Great product!
Everything great except the package instructions leave a little to be desired. I googled installation of the harness and it was much clearer - overall good deal.
Everything went smoothly with the wiring installation. The only issue is with the relays. The markings were not very ledgible. Would help if they were better so that the relay goes in correctly and not reversed.
Received wiring harness within a few days, connected it with very easy to follow directions. Works great. Thanks for the great product at a reasonable price.

These relays weren't available locally, and this kit got me running as soon as I installed everything (2007 Torrent). Clear directions. The parts work.
