We do have a trailer hitch for your 2008 Suzuki XL7, but the one you mentioned will not fit as it is for certain model year Chevy/GMs and Saturns. For your XL7 what you will need is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13518.
I have added a link below to a video install of this hitch for you to check out. And if you plan on towing and need a wiring harness for your 2008 XL7, the correct one will depend on if you have the factory tow package.
If you DO have the tow package the correct harness is T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56012.
If you do NOT have the tow package the correct harness is the Circuit Protected Tail Light Converter Hardwire Kit # 119178KIT.
