will not start after installing wiring harness. turns over, won't start. can you explain

It is possible that during the installation of the fuses and relays that something got knocked loose or damaged. Check the fuse panels where those items were installed and see if anything is damaged or missing. Also, make sure the relays are in the correct orientation. I have included a picture showing the relays in the correct orientation.
Installation of the wiring harness, # C56012, should not cause the vehicle to not start. You can test this by completely removing the harness, 3 fuses, and 2 relays, essentially putting the vehicle back to the state it was in prior to installing the harness.
If the vehicle does then start then there could be some fault in the harness and it should be replaced.
