I have a 2007 equinox and need to install a brake controller and all the wiring. I have an Teknoshia sp? controller from a vehicle I sold, but what else do I need?

In order to install a brake controller on a 2007 Chevy Equinox, you will need to start by installing a 4-Way, # C56012, that you have referenced. I have included some installation links for you. After you have installed the 4-Way, you will need to install a 4 and 7-Way Installation Kit, # ETBC7.
The ETBC7 kit includes all the wiring and parts needed to install a 7-Way trailer connector and wire in the brake controller you have. I have included some links that explain the ETBC7 installation.
The only other part you may need is a circuit tester, # PTW2993, if you do not already have one.
