Hello Terry,
Welcome to etrailer, I'm glad you found us!
We do not have a 2x6 carpeted bunk board that is 8-1/2' long, but you can easily make exactly what you need. You will want to pick up a pressure-treated 2x6 that is at least 8-1/2' long from your local hardware store or lumber yard and cut it to the exact length you need. Pressure-treated lumber is a great choice for trailer bunks since it will regularly be exposed to water.
For the carpet, you will want the CE Smith Deluxe Marine-Grade Carpeting for Bunk Boards # CE11349. It measures 18' long by 18" wide, which gives you enough width to fully wrap a 2x6 bunk board.
Installation is pretty simple. Lay the carpet backing-side up, center your 2x6 on it, wrap the carpet tightly around the board, and secure it along the underside with stainless steel staples. Fold the carpet around the ends like you are wrapping a package and staple those securely as well. Once everything is wrapped, you can mount the finished bunk back onto your existing bunk brackets.

These are really high quality. Not fake, hard wood and preserved. The covering is super rugged. My sea doos love them. They are really easy to install. Just have a roto zip ready if the nuts won’t come Off, just cut the nut n bolt to get the old ones out. Use new stainless steel hardware.
