Just had it installed Friday on my 2025 Kona. It fits great. Bike rack is attached to it. Everything is good so far. No issues.
This is the 3rd trailer hitch we have purchased from etrailer for 3 different vehicles. The hitch was a great choice for our 2024 Kona. The installation was done professionally and looks like it came from the manufacturer.
The hitch is excellent heavy duty, only I wish it came wrapped in a box when arrived lots of holes in the box since was very loose and sharp at edges I think needed some foam or bubbles so the hitch don’t move inside the box
DYI install. Fit live a glove. Very good instructions (online video too). I had tried installing a competitor’s receiver hitch but had to return it as the bolt holes were off. Highly recommend Curt brand.

First of all, the installation instructions were great, and it was super easy to install this thing.
Secondly, it looks great! Much better than the OEM, and is a 2" over a 1.5" - which I much prefer.
Finally, it is the fit and finish are excellent. The welds look great, the unit is sturdy but not so heavy you can't install it, and the receiver is properly sized.
I'm simply blown away by how happy I am with this hitch for my 2024 Kona.

The Hitch fits perfectly and installation is pretty easy.

Perfect! 20 minute install on 2025 Kona. Video was excellent. Ridiculously good customer service.
Very easy install, removing the exhaust hanger rubber isolator is the most time consuming part, but the total install time is less than 30 minutes. Only complaint is the packaging job, it was quite poor. The hitch was hanging out of the side of the box and the powder coating was scuffed down to bare metal.
Lowering exhaust by removing rubber hangers is not needed.
I managed to maneuver it into position, pushing the exhaust forward, all while lying down on the garage floor.
Great experience. The hitch arrived when they said it would and installed easily. The directions were clear and the fit was exact. I would buy from them again. This is a real person, by the way, and not a bot.
The box for our trailer hitch was ripped and torn with part of the hitch hanging out of the bottom! I have not opened the box yet, but will be in touch if there is any damage to the unit.
