  Looking at the picture you attached (thank you!), it appears that the weight of your boat might be putting too much pressure on your existing keel rollers, which has caused them to wear down to the point of them not functioning like they should.   Our supplier doesn't carry 8 foot bunks, so that's why we don't offer them. I'd recommend getting two 8 foot pressure treated 2x4's and a roll of the # CE11349 bunk carpet and making your own bunks. The carpet can be attached using heavy duty stainless staples and outdoor carpet adhesive. I replaced the bunks on my PWC trailer this way about 6 years ago, it was quick and simple, and is still holding up great all these years later.
