I reached out to Tie Down, and they confirmed that the Tie Down Spare Tire Mount part # TD86FR, is rated to support a spare tire up to 65 lbs.

This carrier is designed to fit standard trailer wheels with 4, 5, or 6 lug bolt patterns and mounts to the trailer tongue or frame. It features a galvanized steel construction for corrosion resistance, making it a solid option for boat or utility trailers.
